Born and raised in Southern Vermont, Riley developed a passion for working with the land at an early age. Learning alongside his father, he gained hands-on experience in excavation, equipment operation, and the craftsmanship that goes into building something from the ground up.
With that foundation and a drive to build something of his own, Riley launched Apex Land & Construction in Manchester, Vermont. Over four successful years, he established his business around quality workmanship, attention to detail, and a practical, creative approach to every project.
Today, Riley brings that same experience and work ethic to Naples, Florida, where he's building the next chapter of Apex. Combining his background in excavation with a passion for outdoor living and thoughtful property design, he aims to transform properties into spaces that are both functional and visually distinctive.
